Scrolls Elder
In the world of The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), fans of the franchise have an upcoming major expansion to look forward to, and today those fans struck gold in the form of the Shadow Over Morrowind Q&A. The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Creative Director Rich Lambert recently discussed the upcoming “Shadow of Morrowind” chapter, and we’ve got the scoop on all the details.

The expansion will take players to Morrowind to experience a whole new realm within the Elder Scrolls universe. Lambert discussed which areas of Morrowind fans can explore when the expansion drops, mentioning popular locations like Balmora, Vivec City, and Mournhold. Players will have the opportunity to explore a variety of new and old locations that were absent from the original Morrowind release.

Lambert went on to explain the core features of the expansion, including a new rank-up system, which adds an RPG element of player progression, allowing players to continue evolving their characters. In addition, the expansion will feature a new class, and a new Trial, as well as a classic dungeon, revisiting an old favorite of Elder Scrolls fans.

The Q&A wouldn’t be complete without addressing the community’s requests. According to Lambert, The Elder Scrolls Online has received an overwhelming number of requests from the community. While some of the requests have already been addressed, such as the inclusion of a Necromancer class, there are still others that the team is working on, like the inclusion of new race options.

Overall, it’s clear that The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind is shaping up to be a wonderful addition to the franchise. Keeping in touch with the classic Elder Scrolls elements, as well as introducing a few new elements to the mix, this expansion has the potential to be a huge hit. The arrival of The Elder Scrolls Online: Shadow over Morrowind is just around the corner, and as always, the team here at ESO are working hard to ensure that players get the most out of their Elder Scrolls experience.
