Final Fantasy XVI Collector’s Edition Showcased In New Video

Square Enix has just released their latest trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI which features the newly unveiled Collector’s Edition. Fans were excited to see the new FF XVI Collector’s Edition after months of rumors and speculation, and Square Enix did not disappoint.

In the new trailer, gamers were given a good look at exactly what they can expect from the Collector’s Edition. It will include a premium SteelBook game case with original artwork, a soundtrack CD, a full-color art book packed with 200 pages of content about the game, and an official cloth map. All of these items will be housed in a massive special-edition collector’s box which features imagery from characters of the game, a deluxe internal sleeve, and a unique Numeral XVI emblem which shines in both the light and dark.

Also included in the Collector’s Edition are four exclusive in-game items, which include the Magitek Exo-Suit costume for Noctis, the Capricorn Stellzaan and Sagittarius Stellzaan weapon for Noctis, a Carbuncle summon, and three unique character outfits for women.

Fans of Final Fantasy XVI who purchase the Collector’s Edition will also receive an exclusive set of in-game bonus items, including the Crucible of The Stigma weapon, the Cindymobile vehicle, the Magnolia weapon, and the Avada Cumulus summon.

The Collector’s Edition is currently available for pre-order and will set you back $200 USD/ €200/£170. It’s expected to start shipping sometime around the game’s launch, which is slated for sometime in 2021.
