OnePlus Pad is Launching on 7th February, Company Shares Design Details

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its first tablet on 7th February. Teasing the upcoming device, OnePlus has shared its design details.

The company recently posted images of the device on its social media pages. The pictures show an oval grille at the top of the device, along with a centered hole-punch for the camera. At the bottom, a USB C port is seen, along with a headphone jack. According to the leaks, the OnePlus Pad will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC and house a 7,680 mAh battery.

While the company hasn’t yet revealed the complete design of the tablet, it is seen sporting a Crystal Blue color. The device is expected to feature glass on the back, with hints of metal around the edges. Going through the images, it looks like the device could come with four speakers, a Type-C charging port and dual navigation keys filled in either side of the volume rocker.

As for display, the device is expected to have a 10.8-inch 2K resolution display with DC dimming for reducing eyestrain. It will sport a 6.67-inch notchless display. It is tipped to come with a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 64MP Sony IMX sensor. It is expected to be equipped with 8GB/128GB storage and will run Android 10 out of the box.

OnePlus hasn’t shared details about the pricing and availability of the pad yet. But it is highly awaited and fans are eager to get their hands on it. The company is expected to share more details in the coming days.
